Ability to silence uninteresting users on Canny

As it's quite boring to receive some trolling posts by mail, would it be possible to silence users that we don't need polluting our notifications or e-mail alerts ? Thx in advance.

I would like some kind of AI to determine who is interesting, there needs to be a list, a ranking, some kind of break down with pie charts.

Coffee Pancake Personally, i previously asked to be able to see what users wrote on Cany just clicking on the user name as most systems do, but it got closed ... though it is such an easy way to see what is their area of expertise and main interests.

Coffee Pancake The ranking is already in the Canny backend. Go ahead, make a Canny account. It's free and VERY interesting to see how it works under the hood. You can see users ranked by new issues they bring up, ranked by comments they make. Unfortunately, this ranking only takes into account quantity, not quality.
When you do the experiment, I recommend a different browser or incognito mode, as being logged in into SL feedback and your own personal Canny at the same time messes logins up occasionally.
