To be able to attach rigged/non-rigged assets to a specific point on an animesh character/model as we do on avatars.
For example - to be able to add fire effects to come out of a dragon's mouth as it moves around.

This is incredibly important to the aspect of my work specialising in the particle system. I guess we'll get this functionality with GLTF nodal hierarchy but it sounds as if animesh is treated differently. Much inventive workaround effort is regularly spent on assets such as Boopies that wave some object, creatures such as drooling dinosaurs or even a writhing cable with a spark at one end. Currently the best we can do is a static offset emitter prim that tries to 'fudge' the issue with timed emissions or a generalised sub-optimal effect. For a specific solution we really need to be able to have a particle emitter prim track with a known point in an animesh. Please make it so :)
