WHERE'S THE SUPPORT

For 6 days I have been contacting SL regrading an issue with my account regarding inventory issues. Six days. I get a response every 24 hrs. 24 hrs. Asked to do the very same thing I was asked to do 24hrs before. Now 6 days later I have lost my home that doubled as my store after all the lindens invested into that project and still waiting 24hrs for a response that corrects the issue. Does anyone know how to get help that corrects the issue and restores my account? Is it really worth the investments if this is the options for support or is it really just worth it to not spend money like so many people do and just live in free sandboxes? Has this previously happened to anyone else?
