I have two cards for the same character av. I tried enabling the first, I waited 12 minutes, he did not arrive (was successfully logged in according to my AI characters page).

I tried to enable the second card, he arrived within a minute. His appearance was normal (no T pose and missing attachments/appearance items as was the case the other day). His arrival was announced in IM. He would not respond.

I tried to interact with him through an alt account. He did not respond but all of his attachments dropped off after the attempt. Probably a coincidence.
