Error Creating of Character

I am Premium Plus only to be able to use AI NPC for my roleplay projects, but it does not seem to work. I can go further when having done the backgroundstory, I put all the information for my ALT into the next field including the region, but when I hit continue, there is only Error Creating of Character.

Hi, are you copy and pasting the background story from another text editor? You can only use ASCII characters in the fields and the form for AI Character input will not accept it if any special characters are in there (one of the bugs that have been highlighted but not addressed yet). In case that you haven't written the whole backstory in the mask itself but somewhere else: Ask ChatGPT to output your text only in RAW text and ASCII characters and then copy and paste it. It might be a different problem, but maybe worth a try?

Estelle Pienaar, he takes the backstory and I've even tried with just 1 simple sentence, that didn't make any difference - only then does the error appear in the form and I can't save or create the character.
