Addendum. When I brought my alt “normal” into the world, I realized that I received an IM from someone I had never seen or known. I was on a private sim where no one else was but my girlfriend and me.

I have blocked the person now, but what is very annoying is that I can no longer get on with my characters, I hope there is a quick solution to the problem.
