The Bot should call the users by their Display Names first, Username if no display name.

Because if a person has a Display Name (Sally Rogers) -- that's what they wish to be called -- and not have the username (evilwombat631) applied to them forever. ;-D This is a simple script change: " queryID = llRequestDisplayName(person); "

Better and more logical would be if the bot would use the secondlife://... SLURL scheme. Not sure if that's even possible, but that'd be the most flexible output.
Edited to add: I did _try_ doing that with my own (Kindroid-based) bot but with limited success. It is possible, but tricky and unreliable.

Follow-up: The bot no longer sees the person's name:
"[03:19] Akie Ayashi: Good morning! I'm Akie. How are you today?
[03:19] Akina Ayashi: What is my name?
[03:19] Akie Ayashi: I didn't catch your name. What is it, if you don't mind me asking?
[03:19] Akina Ayashi: What do you see?
[03:19] Akie Ayashi: I see a gentle face, and a warm smile. Tell me, what brings you here today?
[03:19] Akina Ayashi: As my name -- what do you see addressing you?
[03:20] Akie Ayashi: You're addressing me, and I see that you haven't told me your name yet. I'm curious, what is it?"
In another instance it called me "user". :
[02:57] Akina Ayashi: What is my name
[02:57] Akie Ayashi: I don't know your name, I'm Akie, what's yours?
[02:57] Akina Ayashi: yes you do
[02:57] Akie Ayashi: No, I don't think so.
[02:58] Akina Ayashi: What name do you read?
[02:58] Akie Ayashi: I read "User", is that your name?
Martina Voxel
The Character learn what we say to it. After many tryings with SitOn without success, the AI did save that "SitOn" as my name and i had to correct it by saying "My name isnt SitOn, it s Martina"
Darcy Linden
Martina Voxel I am so sorry that happened, did you get everything figured out?
Martina Voxel
Darcy Linden Yes now the Companion remember my name
