The character Cailleach will not answer if you address her immediately adjacent in room chat -- only in IM. I've tried relogging her 3X. Only IM and no room chat. The character VolkhVseslavich will talk in room chat or IM.

Both Cailleach and Volkh cannot TP into a skybox or any structure off the ground, even just a terrain. They scuttle away then fall off and land quite far away. You can only TP them into a sim on to the ground. You have to nudge them into place arduously if they won't land on a mesh terrain. Do they require ground landings only? Then they wander away anyways.
