Avatars Reset To 100 HP When Crossing a Sim (bug)

Currently if you cross from one sim into another, your HP is reset to 100. This is a bug and should not happen. Your HP should remain at whatever it was at before crossing.

I can't reproduce this when crossing between "Combat (sandbox) - Blue Team's HQ" and "Combat (sandbox) Rausch", which are both damage-enabled regions running build 2024-07-22.10048683488. After taking some fall damage then crossing the region border, my health remains <100%.

HP resetting on region crossing was a bug in the previous SLS build. Do you still see this bug now that 2024-07-22.10048683488 with combat 2.0 is deployed grid-wide?
