As per recent involvement with Kyle, Sntax, Roxie, am still persistently unable to access Firestorm Zero with main account after any fix. This includes:
  • Using a public version of a browser, even after clearing Cookies & restarting the browser with a fresh session (Chrome, Firefox, Brave, Opera, Edge, with the issue persistent across all browsers).
  • Using a private / incognito version of Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Brave) & also manually clearing Cookies and restarting (even though the private browser should do this anyway).
There is no time-out or message that there are "to many people" using the service - the page simply sticks at "Loading. This May Take a Few Minutes".
The issue seems to initially have been linked to testing the persistence of updated Preferences (e.g. changing preferences, logging-out, pausing, then attempted a to log back in). However, the most recent occurrence was unrelated to this.
By contrast - and capacity allowing - can still log-in using Project Zero + the official viewer.
