I have the exact same issue. it does not seem to matter what browser I use, the same thing always "loading. this may take a few minutes" then "connection failed" but if you look at the pool of minutes you purchased it used up about 5 minutes worth.

One other thing to note - the first time i tried it - it did login and things seemed ok but i noticed that RLV was not turned on. So I changed the profile setting to allow RLV. From that point it would not login again.

The URL is https://zero.secondlife.com/fs. It then goes to the login where i enter the userid/password and then clicking on the arrow on the screen that says "Press play to start your Second Life". It then goes to the screen that says ""Loading. This may take a few minutes" and it never proceeds.
The browser is updated version of Chrome. I have also tried the same with Edge with the same result.
The OS is Microsoft Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045
I cleared the cache and it made no difference.
I also tried incognito - same result.
It never goes off the screen that says "Loading. This may take a few minutes"

Hey atownes. Can you provide us a little more information so we can debug?
What URL are you trying to access the streaming viewer from?
What Browser are you using?
What Operating System are you using?
Have you tried logging in using incognito mode to check to make sure it isn't a cookie/cache issue?
