Google play says that the app isn't compatible with my device I am running android version 13 phone is fully up to date. Can't even download the app.

I don't think you're going to have a good time running the mobile viewer on an A series phone unless you intend to run it in some sort of text only mode. A series phones struggle to even run more than 10 Chrome/Browser tabs at a time, I think this request is a little beyond the scope of the mobile viewer project to be honest.

Says my phone isn't compatible,I also have an android phone. Why hasn't this app been made available to all? only for iphones? what about those of us with android phones who don't want iphones? PLEASE make this available for androids also, so every premium user can use it, thank you

Juliette Tempest you're running a 3 year old low-end phone. I'm not sure what you're expecting. I'm not trying to be hostile but you may want to temper your expectations. The viewer is currently not very stable on my Pixel 9 Pro XL or iPhone 16 Pro. I imagine the experience would probably be miserable on 3 year old A series phone. The viewer is available on Andoird. I have it installed on a Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel Tablet.
