Shiny glass surfaces, e.g. on a Linden Home Houseboat, show as solid green, rather than a transparent shiny finish.

Bridie Linden That is for his builds, items bought from other creators are broken in the mobile viewer, clubs, houses, etc, window panes are opaque.

Bridie Linden as xaka said, this issue was reported for a Linden Home and hence the parts and textures cannot be edited by the normal user.
In the instance of the Houseboat the glass does have a bit of a green reflective tinge in the normal desktop viewers in some lighting conditions but in the mobile app (tested on iOS iPad) it looks opaque green as reported.

Glass is not transparent in SLMobile, the windows of my skybox are opaque in mobile, see pics.

Update, if I login to my Home (skybox at bellissaria), windows are opaque, if I TP away and then back, they become crystal clear, no influence by the time I wait after logging in, have to TP away and then back for it to become see through.

I was able to remedy the situation for my builds by making the following changes to the transparent prims. On the “Texture” tab for each prim, ensure the “Full Bright” checkbox is NOT checked and the verify the Texture is set to “Default”; Click “Blank” in the “PICK: TEXTURE” window to remove any existing texture (see attached). Transparency is set to 70% but that can vary. Tests on iPhone and iPad rendered the same positive results.

I too am seeing this issue in a new build I'm currently working on. The first image is a capture from the mobile app and the second image shows how it looks on desktop.
