They do this in Tiny Empires because the top 10 Kingdoms and Queendoms are hell bent on keeping their status. Quite frankly the game these days is a joke, I enjoyed this many years ago and met many nice people through this game that I still know today 18 years later. I left after it became of game of cheats who started creating up to 100 avatars each to keep their lines huge and active and to keep their realm at that top. More people dropped off over the years until this game has pretty much become obsolete, in a fair game play capacity. The very people that stay are the same people at the top of their realm and the only people they now play and converse with are their own bots, there are no real people in this place anymore. The emperor himself is not going to change the rules because he still makes money on this mess. You would be surprised the number of players that are still playing whom will purchase all these huds for their bots just to keep at the top of the Empire. It could be closed down, but the Lindens have no reason to do so, if they use up more bandwidth in a region and ends up costing the Lindens more money to run it, they only pass on those costs to the real people (me and you) by raising the prices of everything else. If it starts to really affect people trying to do things they enjoy by clogging up regions and causing lag etc, especially around Linden Home areas that we pay membership for the privilege of having a membership and the perks that come with it, including homes and land, and memberships start to drop drastically, because of this issue not being addressed and costs being pushed elsewhere because of it not being addressed, then maybe just then, will the Lindens actually step in. Tiny Empires after all does not support the Second Life grid and the whole existence of Second Life financially

Seems like a Linden Labs ploy to test the patience of residents with how much inconvenience they'll put up with before dumping their holdings.

No further comment to add, other than "I agree they are a nuisance." Don't understand why LL thinks it's okay, considering they're using land they aren't paying for.

Yeah. It tends to be a major nuisance when someone plops their bot-group in the middle of a protected waterway one needs to go through to progress to the other side for their travels.

I would be happy to see them gone too. They do not contribute to the community in any perceivable way (other than draw the ire of the entire community), which is usually the objective of trolls and griefers.

As I understood, these Tiny Empires people fill these sims to the brim to make sure they can block a "rival faction" from trying to "reclaim" the region for themselves, which disrupts SL for EVERYONE.

"This hud-based minigame" is essentially a tool to dupe people into unwittingly launching a denial of service attack on SL region servers.

Need to get rid of these bots soon.

They're at it again, hampering travel throughout the Western Nautilus waterways. Interferes directly with water and air navigation, and seem fixated on Angel's Airport and Marina E1 (Mindio) this past week or so. Noted a single sim swarm in the northernmost Blake Sea area east of Angel's E2 (Quietly Red).

I find myself unable to do many of the things I like in SL as a result. I did a report, though past experience tells me that isn't going to change anything. This is becoming a near daily occurrence and is ruining the SL experience for me rather quickly.

These things are all over the Bellisseria Linden home area, especially along the beach. I am not certain if these things are classified as scripted agents/bots but they should be if they are not.

The Tiny Empires website lets you look up names and all "bots" I came across were ultimately under one person named Nicolina Cale since it acts like hierarchy type system and it tells you what those accounts are under. It has to be in the thousands of bots for this person alone. You can verify this via the search function on the standings part of their website.

Plus the covenant for the Linden homes specifically says:

" *Scripted Agents (aka ‘bots’) are not allowed in Linden Homes regions, either as a ‘home’ or canvasing the estate for the purpose of collecting data."

Yet here those things are coating the place with themselves. Often they are there for much longer time periods than the original post states, sometimes they seem to be there for days.

The maker of this game, Ultralite Soleil, should be held accountable in a sense that they are aware of this, even acknowledged it, and do nothing to even attempt to discourage it.

I see these alts/bots or whatever they may be at best an annoyance, at worst a drain on resources.

If it is not specifically Nicolina Cale it is likely one of the names, who may be real people, with the red line around that owns a lot of these bots it in the attached image showing who a bot is under if you search for it by name on the maker's website.

For the past 1.5 years these 5 bots have been parked in Bisaccia region 24/7 all wearing 49/50 scripts a piece taking up 5 region slots which makes it difficult when our cruise runs from tordangle https://gyazo.com/c548d1e1a1e819cafc37260c03704922

It was crazy again today North Nautilus and Corsica TE rings all over the waterways making us have to queue boats to pass through. I think whoever is doing it is doing it to intentionally be disruptive
