Display a Parcel Image on a Prim

As a sim owner, I would like to be able to link my visitors to regions I enjoy using prims in-world.
I would like to be able to display the Parcel Image (aka. Parcel Snapshot found in About Land -> Options -> Snapshot). A picture can often tell a thousand words and it would entice visitors to explore more.
I do not need to know the Snapshot UUID. Perhaps it could be done by passing an SLURL or global coordinates to llSetTexture, or a dedicated method like llDisplayParcelSnapshot(location, face) to avoid concerns about sharing parcel image uuid's with non owners.

Incoming suggestions are reviewed in the order they are received by a team of Lindens with diverse areas of expertise. We consider a number of factors: Is this change possible? Will it increase lag? Will it break existing content? Is it likely that the number of residents using this feature will justify the time to develop it? This particular suggestion, unfortunately, cannot be tackled at this time. However, we regularly review previously deferred suggestions when circumstances change or resources become available.
