New version of llisfriend() command that works when owner is offline.

I just discovered the llIsFriend() command that was added almost a year ago which is a great command in theory since it can give friends access to menus, security orbs and so on but I have one issue with it.
Let's take a security orb as an example, if I use the command with its current implementation it will only give friends access while I'm online and on the same sim. This causes an issue if I want to always give friends access to the same space in the security orb even if I'm not on the sim or even online.
I can ofcourse see how this script command can be useful with its current implementation but if I want to give my friends permanent access I would still need to handle whitelists where i need to add every single person one at a time or use a clunky group system which is rough due to how few group slots one can have in SL so I hope an alternate version of the command can be made for these kind of cases.

If neither the owner, nor the target agent are in the region.
At least one of the 2 has to be in the region, but not both.
Also if the prim is group owned , it acts like llSameGroup - which is quite possibly why your scriptfailed

That's not how llIsFriend works. It does not matter whether the owner of the script is online or offline.
