Allow scripts to have access to the media music parcel with out requiring them to be deeded to land or being the land owner. This would allow objects to be scripted that can pull the track name from the stream and then play animations, or other effects based on what song or track is on the media stream

This wouldn't present any kind of security risk as the url for the parcel can be gained from the land url that any one can read.
