Upload fee for Premium

I feel lately that premium membership has been feel somehow abandone regarding to new features and changes, shortly after the arrival of premium plus.
Something that I have thought about for sometime and I think it should be improved is when I looked at this part, I don't find much sense on mention it, since basic membership already pay L$10 for each upload, it would make more sense and correct leveling to be L$5 for premium, if premium plus already have free uploads and premium is the mid level. This would honestly be a great help to creators w/premium and such.

I would think that charging a Premium user of any kind upload fees to be a bit... unappreciative. Opensim doesn't charge upload fees at all. Second Life is FAR more expensive... yet still charges upload fees? It seems counterproductive to creative endeavors, as those upload fees build up fast, discourage building, and eat into profits. I know they're used as an L$ sink... but it still feels ill-conceived. Just my opinion.
