I have the moon set up with a stars texture, like the Milky Way. When clouds pass in front of this texture there's really ugly clipping with dark areas around the individual texture stars showing through the clouds. I've included a screenshot.

To recreate this issue simply replace the moon texture with something like stars or a nebula and create enough cloud coverage to overlap the new texture.
