Hi iceing Braveheart, I cannot reproduce this issue with Second Life Release 7.1.12.13550888671 (64bit) on Second Life Server 2025-03-14.13862207703.
I have a few basic questions:
- Which viewer are you using?
- What are the symptoms of this issue? Does an error message appear, or is the block list simply appear empty in a new viewer session after you had previously blocked an object or avatar?
In order to understand what's going wrong, we'll need viewer logs from a session which hit this failure. If you hit this again, please upload a copy of your viewer log by doing the following:
Log into https://support.secondlife.com/ and click the "Submit a Support Case" in the right column, then choose Issue Type: āā¦ā and type ālogs for canny issueā and add the link to this issue. Reproduce the viewer failure and then zip up your viewer logs folder and attach it to support ticket. There's an āAttach a fileā link at the bottom.
