After a few minutes of being connected to the viewer... both the lindenlab one and the firestorm one, I can no longer open instant messages or read them if they are sent to me and I can't use the teleport

This sounds like a duplicate of https://secondlife.canny.io/bug-reports/p/inventory-does-not-update-until-relog-and-teleport-causes-disconnections-in-offi
There is a fix for this in the 26.2 Second Life viewer (https://releasenotes.secondlife.com/viewer/26.2.0.25386466510.html) and also in the FS 7.2.4 Beta. Please try one of those and see if the issue is resolved.

If not, are you sure this is fixed in 26.2? The PR that was meant to have fixed it, had the part of it relating to the IM timeouts reverted as you can see in the PR here-
Also as per what Roxie Linden has said elsewhere:
"That fix had side effects, so we backed it out.Ā The underlying issue is back-end, and we're still investigating that."
So can we get possible confirmation if this issue is truly fixed in 26.2 or still awaiting a server-side fix. Thanks.
