"Cannot create requested inventory" error at login

- "New notifications arrived while you were away"
- Check notifications
RESULT: A System notification "Cannot create requested inventory."
NOTE: Happens every login since Second Life Release 7.1.13.14343205944 (64bit).
NOTE: Clearing cache has no effect.

We had hoped this issue was resolved as it was spotted in the Beta but it appears not. Issue is now linked to https://github.com/secondlife/viewer/issues/3745
