Can't see most group chat

Friends can see full group chat but I only see one or two messages randomly here and there. I am on the official viewer and so are they.

Hi Eddster,
I have some questions to acquire more info if you're able to answer them:
- Does this occur all the time for you?
- Is it only for offline received group chat messages?
- Does this occur for any group or only a specific group?
- Are you able to provide images showing the different received messages between you and your friends?
- Does the group chats you see match the .txt logs given in your Roaming SecondLife folder? By default this can be located in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\SecondLife\SLuser\GroupName (group).txt
