Changes for SL-19134 and SL-20411 interact to cause blurry SL profile pics

What just happened?
In all 7.x.x viewers the bug around SL avatar pictures not fetching at full resolution has returned after it got fixed in the inventory thumbnails viewer.
SL-19134 changed the SL picture from being an icon to a thumbnail
SL-20411 limits thumbnails to 256x256 default size
Reverting commit 7706c1771dd0d8b767d69c3e3cdfd8ab6d620d16 in a test build of Kokua restores full fetching of SL profile pics - this is the SL-20411 commit
Conclusion: profile thumbnail fetching needs to override the SL-20411 changes and explicitly fetch the image at full resolution
