Changing compiler does not mark script as dirty

This works properly in a prim script, but not in an inventory script:
- Open a script from agent inventory
- Change the compiler to something else
- Save button is still greyed out. It should not be

AHA! I see what you mean, we were testing it on a prim inventory, not from the
agent

I don't think the one PR of difference would've fixed it though.
Also what OS are you on?
I'm checking from a Mac, but it might be OS specific.
