Second Life keeps crashing on both the regular viewer and Firestorm viewer whenever I am on a busy sim. It will happen even when there's only about 10 other avatars around me/ I tried clearing my cache, lowering graphics, filimg an AMD report and turning off play media and it still is not helping. My laptop is only three years old so that's not the issue either.

HI SamaraStone,
I have the same question about the crashing as Hecklezz. A screenshot of that may give us some clues about the issue.
For the Viewer Info, what we're looking for is the info in Help menu > About Second Life. If you can paste that into a comment that will help us.
I don't see any crash reports from you for the Second Life viewer either. We need the SecondLife logs from you if you have the time.
Please Reproduce the viewer issue, log out, and then zip up your viewer logs folder. This page tells you where to find the logs folder: https://community.secondlife.com/knowledgebase/english/how-to-report-a-bug-r224/
Next, email the zip file to bug-attachments@lindenlab.com and reference the issue name in the email subject line.
Leave a comment on this canny issue once that's done so we can take a look at the logs.
Thank you!

I don't see any bugsplats on Firestorm ends from your account, have you been submitting them? Or do you not get presented with a Bugsplat window at all?
Secondly, just making sure so we understand what you mean when you say "crashing". Do you mean that the viewer gets a bugsplat error and/or just closes completely to your desktop. Or do you mean you get the "You have been logged out of Second Life" message that has buttons for "View IM & Chat" or "Quit"?
