Hi VeryWhiteGirl! I looked at your crashes again, and it looks like you're getting in for longer than 5 minutes now. Guessing this is resolved? If not let me know otherwise I'm gonna close this out in a month to keep the ticket from going stale.

I had a look at your crashes again and they are crashing in many random places. That usually means there's a hardware issue. Most likely bad RAM, but possibly failing power supply or disk. You can search the Apple website how to run Apple Diagnostics and see if that finds any problems.

I still see frequent crash reports from you. I recommend trying a recent viewer from https://secondlife.com/downloads . Many crash bugs have been fixed.

As for the message you're receiving about asking an SL admin, can you capture an image of that and paste it here?

yes it still crashes every couple minutes no matter what I am doing and no matter what sim I am at.

it gave me a message this time telling me to ask SL admin for an upgrade. I dont' know why it says that. I am just using an Apple MacBook Air and downloading latest operating system for sl for Mac also with the link youugave me updated from yesterday.
