Crashing in one particular land as i enter the sim with my any account and its happening only with my accounts.

Dear Team LL,
I am Getting crashed at this region http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Alicorns%20Hold/22/47/24 (Shakti Garden) from the past few weeks,
i tried to enter the region and i was able to enter and i sarted my routine like normal again and tht lasted for only 4 days from 27th of April to 30th of April 2026 only, again today i have crashed.
Before 27th of April when i was crashing i have done all the below listed trials to check if there is anything wrong on my side This region has a club in a sky box at 3000 Meters high and i was not crashing at that place before till 30th April 2026 and i was doing my Djing on tht sky box. But, today on 1st May 2026 i have crashed from that sky box too..
- Entered the sim with a basic av and crashed
- Used different Viewers ( Firestorm , SL viewer) and crashed
- Did a clean install of the viewers and did a clear cache on both the viewer and my laptop still crashed
- Logged in with my mobile data as wifi and i didnt crashed
which means my wifi network IP is got stuck with something and that is what crashing me but i am not sure what it is but i understood that the IP is connected with this issue .
And our friend who did the research on this issue as said something like "checking" and "not clearing" yet the region reboot worked" i dont understand what it means may be this is got to do something with my issue i am not sure.
we have installed few security Objects and Avatar trackers tht can eject below 10 days old av's to save the region from attackers who comes in with alts. and the security object is to eject the people who are not a member of the group and we insist every one to Join the group to make this place more safer and secured.
I was not sure if me crashing is happening from any one of this and that too we have checked with the the owner of the sim Rosa by switching them off and entering the region when these are OFF and i still crashed which made it clear there is no issue with this objects.
Today the owner of the Sim, did a Sim reset coz of my issue and i tried to enter the region again after the reset and still i crashed. I have attached a image of the window appeared after the crash as the crash shuts down my viewer and sends me this error reporting window, and i have reported few times using that window too.
I have no clue what is happening and why its happening only at this region. I almost live there in SL every single day and i spend atleast 12 to 16 hours in SL every single day being online and no ever else i have crashed ever in my life and i have been on SL for the past 15 years and never came accross a issue like this before ever. This is the first time i facing issue like this.

I have done everything mentioned by Proton Linden in the ticket replies as the points given below by you when i had the crash on the first time.
(First, please restart your modem and router (Unplug for about twenty seconds before plugging back in).
Next, if you are attempting to connect over a WI-Fi connection, please try connecting directly to your modem with an Ethernet cable.
If this doesn't resolve your connection issues, please then disable any anti-virus programs you may have running.
Next, please restart your computer, modem, and router at the same time.) this is done multiple times as exactly as told by you in the past two weeks and nothing helped and i was still crashing.
I am Crashing only at the Location region i have mentioned in the earlier report and i spend like 12 to 15 hrs every single day till today and i never crash in any other sims except shakti garden ever not even a single time.
And when i crash my viewer just shuts down and i get the Bugsplat window to report the crash and no other crash messages.
i am attaching the support documents like the viewer version details, netwrork speed test details, IP address details and my system information.
its not letting me attach the log report of my FS viewer tht i saved and kept after the last carsh. pls let me know how to share it or its already shared to Proton Linden in the tickets number #2500495 which is linked with this issue.
My over all issues is i am crashing only at this region and all my alts also crashing only in this region. when i use my mobile data as wifi, i am not crashing.
pls do the needful at the earliest.

- Please define 'crashing'.
Are you disconnecting, or does your viewer abruptly close? If it's the first, I suggest trying viewer 26.2 as it had some disconnect related fixes.
- Please attach logs from an official viewer, right after the crash.
Logs can be found at %appdata%\SecondLife\logs or C:\Users\your_user_name\AppData\Roaming\SecondLife\logs
- Plese check your device manager and update graphical drivers.
I checked bugsplat's crash logs and I found only one crash (viewer abruptly closed). 26 Apr, a GPU failure on viewer 26.1.1 in Alicorns Hold.
The crash indicated that you have two GPUs, one is an UHD Graphics 620 and second one was named Microsoft Basic Render Driver. "Microsoft Basic Render Driver" is MS's way to say 'No driver found for this GPU, please install a driver'. Intel driver was 27.20.100.8729, which looks fairly obsolete (year 2020?), there likely are newer drivers available (like 31.0.101.2141)
It's likely that your problem comes from a missing or an obsolete driver.

ayurvaidhya Resident As Dan outlined already from your crash report (very useful, good move attaching that to the post) this is triggering off of your Intel video driver. Typically Intel video chipsets are on the CPU (graphics integrated) which means that all manner of settings that affect your CPU can cause the video chipset to wig out and make a program crash to desktop.
A few things to consider:
1) What is your Power Profile for your system? if it is not "Maximum CPU" you would need to set it for that. (This likely means you'll need to run off of mains power, not a battery, so if you're using a laptop you'll need to plug it in.) If you're running an Eco mode power profile, there may simply not be enough power for the CPU/graphics chipset to keep up when the sim is complex enough. Typically I'd expect framerates to crater before a CTD happens, but someone may have used a complex texture at an insane resolution that is kicking your system into crash mode right away.
2) What viewer are you using? If you're using the Linden official SL viewer, try one of the TPV's such as Firestorm (and vice versa). They typically use the same graphical code libraries, but there may be some coding quirk that one reacts to, that the other does not.
3) Are you running in Full Screen or Windowed Mode? Switch from one to the other, and see if the problem still occurs. Windows manages graphics a bit differently between the two, and you might (!) be able to narrow down the scope of the issue this way. Also, if you're running Game Bar or any game streaming services like nVidia, Discord or Twitch, try turning them OFF, as they may be trying to buffer your screen for recording/playback purposes, and causing a glitch. Again, these are tests to find the problem, not solutions to fix the problem.

4) How much memory does your system have, and how much is set aside as shared video RAM? because the chipset is on the CPU, ntegrated graphics use your system's memory, not dedicated graphics RAM, so memory management is indeed a thing with these. If a program tries to pull more memory than allowed, Windows will dump it to desktop to protect itself and other programs that are running. See the "insane resolution texture" above - if a sim has enough unique textures at high resolutions, they theoretically COULD max your video RAM allotment.
5) Look for "invisible textures" by turning on the Highlight Invisible tool. I've run into problems where someone rezzed a scripted object that cycled through large numbers of textures, yet was 'alpha'd out' (made invisible). The point was to crash other people, since their viewers still had to LOAD those textures, regardless of the alpha setting of the object. Once I was able to see it with the Highlight tool ON, I could select it, find the owner, and take appropriate measures to get rid of the problem.
In order to fix this, you might have to lower your draw distance, downsample (shrink) large textures, or enable streaming textures, which allow textures to load while you're in the sim, instead of all at once when you enter a sim. At the very least, doing the above should let the sim load... and then you may crash at a specific spot IN the sim, and based on your draw distance, you'll have an easier time figuring out what's causing the trouble.
If your viewer has such a setting, look for a "Debug logging mode" which will create a log file of what the viewer is doing at any given point - scripts running, textures loading, locations, et cetera. It will slow down the viewer's performance, that is expected. But, if you crash while debug logging is ON, the timestamp in the crash can be correlated with the timestamps in the log to zero in on what exactly went casters-up mode.

One other consideration:
Have you ALWAYS crashed in this sim, or did this start relatively recently? If the latter, you might want to talk to the builders of the sim, and ask if anything was added or changed right before the crash behavior started. Someone may have dropped a new object, complex mesh, complex textures, maybe some scripting to animate things... and that one thing is what's making your viewer barf when you encounter it.

If i had the issues as u mentioned in the first 4 points i would be crashing at all other places too, but i never crash in any other region even for hours and hours and i dont crash at all. all it happens is in only tht region i have mentioned and i have sent the log report to Proton Linden twice after i crashed and i think they couldnt find anything from tht. and i wonder how i crash only in tht sim and how it is possible to crash me and all my alts only and no one else and only in tht particular sim.

ladiablesse100bc Resident thanks so much with ur point 4 i managed to find the problem creator and we have removed it. its a visitor log board which shows the images of the visitors done this to me. and now i dont crash there any more. Thanks so much for giving me a hint on this point. it really means a lot. ayurvaidhya Resident So the one thing all your accounts have in common is, they're running on the same computer, and probably on the same viewer with the same settings. This reinforces what Dan Linden pointed out with regards to your crash being related to a graphics driver. Now that the issue has been cleared up, you should be good for at least a while, BUT if this starts happening at other locations, you might consider upgrading - adding a GPU if that's possible; if not, getting a new(er) system with better graphics. Both would be an expense, so best to plan for it and start saving right away.

We can see the crash is in the Intel video driver. We do not write the video driver, thus we may not be able to fix this directly.
If you wish to work around the issue, try this: The Advanced menu can be enabled in Preferences > Advanced > Show Advanced Menu. Turning off some of the features in Advanced > Rendering Types may avoid the crash. For example, turn on only Surface Patch, Sky, and Volume and see if you crash, then starting from the top, turn on the other Rendering Types. If you identify which setting triggers the crash, please let us know here.

Dear Dan Linden after enabling full bright i got crashed and its the same in all the other places of sl too and i dont crash but i am crashing only at shakti garden region alone and no where else. i have logged in again and disabled fullbright alpha mask and fullbright then entered shakit garden and i am crashing again. but in other regions all the renders are enabled and still i dont crash but i crash only here. pls help me to fix this issue. again enetered with the settings shown in the attachment image and i am crashed again.

i am crashing with these 5 basic settings. and its happening only iin shakit garden alone and no where else and its always all rendering settings enabled in all the other places at all times without any changes in the settings. in this image i have enabled only simple, materials, animeshed, avatar and volume still i crashed 3 times with in 5 to 10 minutes all the three times after i login
