Hi duck Mip thanks for the report. I can reproduce this with Second Life Release 7.2.1.17108480561 (64bit) on Second Life Server 2025-07-25.16512260888. This definitely seems like a viewer bug, because the viewer correctly displays a "You have been ejected from [group name]" message on ejection, but fails to remove the group from the Groups list in the People panel. Since the viewer knows the ejected group's name, it _should_ be able to update the UI accordingly.

Maestro Linden Confirmed the exact same issue. Impact is high: a re-invitation never works. Leaving that group doesn't work either, "Unable to leave group" - so server side it seems correct. Only remedy is relogging...
