CONTINUES to be a problem. This is a particular nuisance when your recent build all get returned to you because you group is set to NONE even though your TAG
still
reflects the group you were in during the last log off...Log In

Hi Wendy,
Sorry for the delay in response.
The next time this happens, please leave a comment with the time/date it happened and what region you were on, and upload your viewer logs to the support ticket as before.
We will then investigate the server logs for more clues.

It happened again today 2025-12-15 and I zipped my logs and using the instructions you provided below I attached those logs to a Support Case (#2445203). Here is a pic of todays occurrence. relogging twice did not corrected it. Setting the active group worked, but when I relogged it was set to none again, though my Tag was correct: https://gyazo.com/42a3cffa322af4c7ae6383450d7b9022

Hi Wendy,
We need the SecondLife logs from you the next time you notice this happen. The viewer saves logs for the the current session and the last session. In your example, the bug must have happened in the last session when you built the content, so we can take a look at that.
Please Reproduce the viewer issue, log out, and then zip up your viewer logs folder. This page tells you where to find the logs folder: http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/How-to-report-a-bug/ta-p/733545#Section_.3
Next, log into https://support.secondlife.com/ and click the "Submit a Support Case" in the right column, then choose Issue Type: “…” and type “logs for canny issue” and add the link to this canny issue. Click the “Attach a file” link at the bottom and attach the zip file.
Leave a comment on this canny issue once that's done so we can take a look at the logs.
Thank you!

Dan Linden, sent the logs as instructed. https://gyazo.com/42a3cffa322af4c7ae6383450d7b9022
By the way, you might want to know that the link telling me where to find the logs "...How-to-report-a-bug..." results in a titled page with no content.

Dan Linden, Dan, Support Case #2445203 still shows "processing" as the status. I supplied logs in December and since it is still happening (again today) I zipped up the recent logs and added them to case 2445203 as instructed from above. Thank you for everything. ~Wendy Nitely
