I can't login main grid by Public 2026.01 Viewer.
Yuzuru Jewell
Today, I update my public viewer 2026.01 but I can't login main grid sims.
I tried to login Longfellow and Hippotropolis it showed login time out.
I could login to Hippotropolis only once but I could not move. When I tried to fly and showed stop fly button but I was not flying.
I coud login to beta grid, but it is difficult to move. And I have very low fps.
I could login betagrid and Longfellow and Hippotropolis by Firestorm Firestorm 7.2.3 (80036) Feb 9 2026 18:30:30 (64bit / AVX2). So I think it is not server issue.
I updated NVIDIA Driver to 595.79 but this issue is not fixed.

Hi Yuzuru,
Sorry to hear logging in is failing for you. We need the SecondLife logs from you.
Please Reproduce the login issue, Quit the viewer, and then zip up your viewer logs folder. This page tells you where to find the logs folder: https://community.secondlife.com/knowledgebase/english/how-to-report-a-bug-r224/
Next, email the zip file to bug-attachments@lindenlab.com and reference the issue name in the email subject line.
Leave a comment on this canny issue once that's done so we can take a look at the logs.
Thank you!
Yuzuru Jewell
Dan Linden, thank you for your prompt response.
I cleared the logs, attempted to log in, and sent the resulting log files to the email address you provided.
Please check it.

Yuzuru Jewell: What we're seeing from the logs is that the viewer and simulator complain that the connection is failing, and disconnect it.
Some things to try:
1) Restart your computer, router, and modem.
2) See if the issue reproduces with a different region as a start location.
3) See if the issue reproduces with the old viewer. You can do this by changing Preferences> Setup > Software updates to "Install only mandatory updates", then install the previous Release viewer from https://releasenotes.secondlife.com/viewer/7.2.3.19375695301.html

Thank you, Dan Linden.
I successfully login to Horns of Hattin by 2026.01.
But, I could not login directly to Longfellow. (time out)
So, I restart my remote router, I can login to Longfellow directly.
But, it takes me longer to login than before (more than 4 minutes).
If I still cannot log in, would restarting the remote router help?
Dan Linden
Yuzuru Jewell: I'm not sure what you mean by "remote" router. I was suggesting that you power off, then power on, the router you connect to.
You say that it takes 4 minutes to log in. Is that only with the 2026.1 viewer or does the 7.2.3 viewer also take 4 minutes?
Yuzuru Jewell
Thank you, Dan Linden.
Only 2026.01 viewer takes long time to login. Sometimes I can login quickly, but other times it still times out.
