Launching Secondlife viewer crashes Razer's Surround Sound output

Since it was announced that vivox system will be dropped in favor of WebRTC this have been an occuring problem in all of the updated thrid party viewers AND the official LL one.
When I launch the SL client the Surround Sound output stops working on any other programs too, causing errors if you try to play videos or sounds in an external brower or player. The Surround Sound program itself keeps running and doesn't chash.
To replicate the issue on Windows 10:
- Have Surround Sound 7.1 ver 1.1.85 running and have Surround Sound 7.1 set as the default output device in the system.
- Launch the viewer while there's NO other sound playing through this output (Expected: normal launch. Actual: the output/driver breaks)
- Log in and go to audio output settings (Expected: Being able to change to other working outputs. Actual: viewer's sound is absent no matter what output is chosen until the next successful launch).
The crash can be avoided if there's already sound being played through SS 7.1 output upon the viewer's launch. I doubt that it's Razer's fault because in no other circumstance SS ever crashes like this. After the crash happens I have to log out of SL, change the output to any other one, restart SS program and then change the output device back to Surround Sound 7.1
