Legacy FS Viewer does not allow for Places to be updated

I did a search in Firestorm viewer (Phoenix) on my own store in Places and a TP appeared from back in 2012 I think. I am unable to reset the LM to the current one. Is this FS related, can I change this in the SL viewer or is my LM in Places stuck forever at the wrong LM?

Sascha Frangilli,
Let me restart the bug as I understand it. Long ago, you added a parcel to Show Place in Search (in World > About Land > Options). That region is no longer online, but the place is still seen in Search. This is somehow blocking you from adding your existing parcel to "Show Place in Search". What I want to understand is, are you ticking the "Show Place in Search" on your current parcel?

Dan Linden for a few years now, it happens very often that there are these "ghost" results in Places search (Firestorm legacy search), the same as Sascha's. The one thing in common in all these results is that the region doesn't exist anymore. This means there is nothing to update on the parcel since it doesn't exist anymore.

AlettaMondragon Resident: Do you know if the "ghost" results block that person from adding a new parcel to "Show Place in Search"?

Dan Linden No, sorry, I don't have a way to find that out. You might, though.
If you bring a test region online, enable "show place in search" on a parcel there, and then take the region offline, you might be able to reproduce the "ghosting", and then you can also try showing a parcel in search with the same name in another region.
Question: How could the system block a parcel in another region from showing in search while the old one's "ghost" is still in search? Normally there are a lot of parcels with the same name in search in different regions, some owned by the same person, some not. One shouldn't affect another.
Dan Linden
AlettaMondragon Resident: I agree that one shouldn't affect another. But that's what seems to be reported in the initial report.

Dan Linden I know, I think the only way to reproduce it and see it for yourself is the idea I shared above, if you don't have an internal diag tool for this.

Hi Sascha,
What did you try when you tried to reset the LM to the current one?
I see that same Place in the Legacy Search in the (not yet published) 26.1 viewer.
You should be able to update this from the About Land floater. See attached screenshot.
Let us know if that works.
