Links in Search results not operative

Click on World, Search, Search for anything, All the links in the search window change the cursor to "web page" icon, but does not work, The links in the pain "Related Classifieds" does not change the icon, but do work as links.

Thank you for the helpful screenshots with call outs. I appreciate that.
Take a look at the "Enable Javascript" option in Preferences > Setup. If that is unchecked then the links in the center column of links in Search will not work. Does that resolve it?
