When I enable WebRTC voice, I see that it connects to the server, but no devices are available in Prefs > Sound & Media > Voice > Audio Device Settings. I do see in pavucontrol in the Playback tab I see speech-dispatcher-dummy:playback and ALSA plug-in (do-not-directly-run-firestorm-bin]:ALSA Playback, and in the Recording tab there are two instances of ALSA plug-in (do-not-directly-run-firestorm-bin]: ALSA Capture.
The following day I am unable to use even SLVoice, no devices are available.
Audio devices do show on in non-WebRTC viewers

Follow-up. SL Voice functionality returned and devices now show for Vivox voice use.
Still no devices available for WebRTC, and I am unable to log out properly from a WebRTC-enabled region, I must first leave that region.
