macOS accent menu appearing when walking using WASD keys

macOS has this handy feature, in which you can visually find an accent or special character by holding down a letter on your keyboard. The only issue with this is that this overlay keeps appearing when walking in Second Life using the WASD keys.

I solved this problem for myself. It's a "feature" of macOS and not a bug of any SL client.
- Go to System Settings > Keyboard
- At the top of the menu, find "Key repeat rate" and "Delay until repeat."
- Turn these down and you'll stop seeing the pop-up.
I never knew these settings existed until I tried SL on macOS. No other application has the bubble popping up when I type. It's just SL that does this. Anyway, turning down these settings fixed it for me. In my screenshot, you'll see how I configured mine.

This issue is years-old and was reported in JIRA. Perhaps it didn't survive the Canny migration.
Also happens when flying (E, C), etc. And the diacriticals are then translated into any text box you might have open (local chat, IM, inventory search, etc.). So I wind up saying "é" quite often.
Plus side: if someone flies over and says "é" they're probably on macOS. Poor-man's operating system detection.
