A small limitation of a not very documented feature: normally you can paste objects as links into multiple outfits at a time by selecting multiple outfit folders and pressing control-V - a link is automatically created in each outfit instead of a copy of the object. However, no-copy items obviously ignore pasting, and that prevents them from creating links in this situation too.

Right-click and "paste as link" is not an option with multiple outfit folders selected, right clicking on a selected folder has no "paste as link" and right clicking inside a folder removes the selection. It can be worked around by copy+paste as link in a single folder first, then copy+multi-pasting the newly created link instead, but a bit awkward.
