Everything is ok in FS and other viewers. It's only SLV that gives me problems.

That is a broadband issue, the SLV does a lot of data processing which not strain the comp on board GPU, FS on the other hand downloads a ton which the GPU has to process. Simple fact is that FS is for the low end broadband, SLV is mid to above. I have had two laptops fry with FS after a few years

Does clearing cache resolve your issue? (Performed via Preferences>Advanced)
Is your graphics card driver up to date?
Are you able to provide a screenshot of what you see here?
