Payments into Second Life Duplicating

I am having issues with payments. Whenever I make a payment into second life , the payment duplicates and pays twice . This also happens when I type into local chat . The text will duplicate

I see the last viewer you logged in with was not the Second Life Viewer. Does this issue reproduce with the Second Life viewer (https://secondlife.com/downloads)?
This viewer is not supported by Linden Lab. For support with third party viewers, please contact that viewer's developers. The official list of TPVs can be found here: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Third_Party_Viewer_Directory
If you can reproduce this problem on the official Second Life Viewer ( https://secondlife.com/support/downloads/ ), please update this issue with information on the supported viewer version accordingly.
