We're having trouble reproducing this.
Are you able to reproduce this on the Official Second Life Viewer?
If so, can you please provide your system information from Help>Second Life and also give the location where you're seeing this?

Atlas Linden thankyou for the response. yes looks the same in SL viewer. (larks nest) i think as others have said its not a bug but just how PBR is. Doesnt like the haze effect at all. i can compromise!

I'm not sure that's a bug. PBR reacts to EVERYTHING around it, sometimes in an extreme way.
