Region Object shows Unowned Object

A unowned object is listed in "Region Objects" (Build->Pathfinding->Region Objects).
This appears to be displayed when the object's properties are set to "everyone can move."
I think unowned objects should not be displayed regardless of the object's properties.
What do you think?

I have asked the owner of the object to change the properties directly, so the object is no longer visible.
