Friend sent a teleport request, the region rating came up as G. Double-checked, G in blue box showed up. After a relog for unrelated issues (RLV did not load), the teleport request in chat log showed up with correct rating of M.

Have not had the opportunity to yet recreate bug. Did not grab screenshot as I did not know at time of teleport it was a bug. Took the rating initially displayed at face value until after relog revealed the legitimate rating of the region.
