SLV just crashed but no bugsplat pop-up

I just crashed after landing in the Welcome Hub, but no bugsplat pop-up appeared.
Does it need to be turned on?

Can you please provide your About Second Life info (found via Help>About Second Life) here so we can investigate your crash further?
And are you still crashing or did this only occur once?

I have the same thing. It gets to the "initializing texture cache" message and then crashes with no error messages. I have uninstalled & reinstalled. I have deleted all the files and directories. Removed registry keys. Basically done a clean install every way I know how and I can't get the Official Viewer to run. When it did run it was giving me 5fps on Low a machine that previously got 30+fps on High. I tried to find an old viewer but all the links for older viewers take me around in circles now. Second_Life_7_1_9_10515727195_x86_64_Setup.exe
