Unable to detach item (any item) after teleport. Cleared cache, re-installed viewer. This has NOT been fixed and it's affecting my shopping experience.

I think it's linked to inventory issues where the creation/deletion of the symbolic link in Current Outfit fails
Changing region and removing an attachment or clothes layer, then changing region again seems to refresh and clear things and fixes the issue (for a while)
A similar thing happens with gestures that you de-activate and find active again after relogging

Hi Rogue,
If you happen to you Firestorm viewer, there is a workaround for this bug.
When you get a ghosted/stuck item after a teleport, in the top menu bar go to Avatar -> Avatar Health -> Refresh Attachments.

Whirly Fizzle Thank you for the tips but I do use the "refresh attachment", quite often after teleport or if I'm online a long time but it doesn't help with this issue, at all.
