Unable to download texture

I just bought a full perm baseball cap, well 2 of them and unable to save their textures to my computer, takes like 30 seconds for a dialog to come up Unable to download.
I tried with like 4 different textures, even did a relog.

Hi! Are you still seeing this? Last update was last year and I want to un-stale the ticket if you're still seeing it.

Try changing the name in inventory to test, test1 etc and see if it fixes it…. I have noticed an issue where if there are underscores etc the save can fail. If that works please report back as it helps narrow the issue.

Hi VenKellie.
Saving a texture works here when I use that same viewer (Firestorm 7.1.11 (76496)). Are you able to save other textures to your computer? Is there enough disk space available on the disk it is being saved to?
