Dan Linden i use the default secondlife viewer. there is no error message ill be talking on voice the green waves will be active and randomly they will cut and stop and ill be told i stopped talking. i have to uncheck the voice box and check it again and it will work for a little bit before stopping again. I'm not sure is i can do a screenshot because it happens randomly. my headset is a USB headset. it works on other games and discord but it cuts out only on secondlife. i think this started happening around the time the voice changed over to the new platform. my headset was working perfectly before i haven't changed any setting till i started having issues

oliver692 Resident: The 26.3 Beta Second Life viewer has a few fixes for voice. I recommend trying it out and see if it fixes the voice issue you are experiencing. https://releasenotes.secondlife.com/viewer/26.3.0.31203661088.html

Dan Linden Hi, I did try the troubleshooting steps you suggested. I also confirmed that SLVoice.exe is still running when the microphone cuts out. The microphone works normally in Discord and other games, so the issue appears to be specific to Second Life Voice.
The green voice waves disappear or flicker when I laugh, sing, get excited, or make certain sounds, and sometimes the voice stops completely. Toggling Voice off and back on restores it.
I understand you asked me to send you a ZIP file, but I don't feel it's necessary given everything I've figured out from having this issue for a while and from the troubleshooting I've already done. I would prefer not to create and send the ZIP file. I hope the information I've provided can still help you investigate the issue.
