WebRTC Voice connection problems

- I see my dot - so I am connecting  too the server or it's a false connection ?
- I see no sound waves for myself - other avatars are in the RED; they can not hear me and I can't hear them.
Was told to wait for a region restart- Â I did nothing changed.
Was sent the Wiki on sl voice trouble shooting - even though it did not apply too me, its trouble shoots the Vivox  system .   BUT humor them anyway and went through each step 1. by 1. too no availÂ
Things I have tried on my own and with help from Tech friends
Both Firestorm Viewer , current and Beta  The Current SLV viewer  tried them all .
White listed the recommend files  in Windows Defender
installed a different Anti virus , no change  ( Avast - and the firestorm is white listed in there)
reinstalled all viewers- Â from scratch , deleted everything off my pc! ( a long shot) Â did not work ! Â i didn't think it would :)
Tried other accounts on my PC Â same as my main .
Tried 2 other pc's in the house and worked fine. Â so its not blocked in my router/firewall
was told it used Port 443? then is open , if that is the port its using and was blocked why would it work on other pcs?
I restarted the router and unplugged it and restarted pc ...
I have been to the testing regions but it doesn't work. Â the old voice system does work just fine its just the WebRTC that is the problem
I was thinking it was My Pc where the problem is - but having talked to support again this am. Â seems too think it may not be?
I Â have sent my logs to support . Which is where I am at now.

Title: WebRTC voice servers just don't work for me.
Details: I've been having an issue trying to use the new WebRTC voice servers when at any sim. My voice communications work fine when the sim is still using the Vivox voice servers, but I can't seem to use my mic or hear others when at a WebRTC sim. I've tried hundreds of troubleshooting options and nothing has worked yet. I've tried using other viewers (I normally use the latest firestorm), I have the same issue on Alchemy and on the SL Viewer. I've tried restarting my router, restarting/updating windows, a clean install of firestorm, a clean install of other/older versions of firestorm, I've even made sure that SLvoice.exe had an exception in my firewall. It seems nothing I do works. I asked the Firestorm Support group on SL, and they recommended I send feedback here.
Some things of note:
When I'm at a region where Vivox is the voice server being used, everything works fine.
When I'm at a region using WebRTC Gateway, I can see the voice dots, I can see the green bars indicating use of voice, but when I use my microphone nothing gets picked up despite it not being any different than when I use it at a Vivox region.
I've tried of course looking through the advanced menu and the debug settings and didn't see anything that would fix the issue.
I restarted my router, my pc, updated windows, I've even tried other microphones and sound outputs, nothing I do works. And this is all while my voice and microphone fuctions work perfectly fine as soon as I go to a region with vivox or use other applications that use my microphone.
