Maybe create a temp folder so when people send back mass returns they stuff will go to the temporary folder instead of lost and found, that way they would be easier to find, and have that folder expire in like 3 days and then transfer the items to the lost and found if not emptied by those days. Sometimes things are lost a lot especially transfer items. Or maybe if there's already a way to do that like set up a folder so my items transfer to a personalized folder instead of lost and found. Usually when a person sends things back they are in mass clumps, if there's a way to separate them automatically when transfered that would be good as well. I hope I'm making sense.
