Add a Category in Abuse Report Box for LH Covenant Issues

If you need to submit an Abuse Report for issues around Linden Homes, there is no category to select to cover covenant topics, so you have to guess a category that might be read and acted upon by Governance.
Add a clear choice in the Abuse Report box dropdown list for covenant issues, as the other topics are not applicable.
Reports are being ignored, presumably from being perceived to be in the wrong category.

Voted. It can't be that we have to report things that are absolutely clearly covenant violations again and again and nothing happens. I had the same thought about reports being ignored for being in "wrong" categories. Thanks for bringing this up!
Edit: Examples? Most of the time I see stuff that won't fit in any of the AR categories:
Someone running a club in a skybox above their home.
Someone hoarding bots on a sky platform above their home (20 of them!)
Someone using their backyard as a sandbox and building complex structures that don't match the theme.
In general lately there are lots of scripted agents around at Bellisseria, where the owner obviously hasn't tagged them as scripted in their accounts.

Thanks for taking the time to write this up — the request to expand/improve the Abuse Report category dropdown (including clearer options for things like Linden Home covenant-related issues so reports don’t get misrouted) has come up before.

Margot Fairelander people complain about horses being lag monsters. I keep mine in a breedable-friendly region skybox. When I reported about 60 breedable plants in a Mediterranean Linden home yard, I was told by the Linden handling the AR that it wasn’t a violation. The covenant does state 2 breedables on a 1024 and 4 on a 2048. That seems pretty clear to me.

There also needs to be an option for Bellisseria commercial parcels. I think the easiest way to do this without overhauling the whole system would be to add “Bellisseria Covenant Violations > Commercial Land” and “Bellisseria Covenant Violations > Residential Land,” with a few more specific categories under each one. That way reports can be routed to the right place, and residents can use the Summary and Details boxes to be specific about the actual violation they’re reporting.
