There has been a dramatic increase in avatar attaching objects that produce sounds either from a streaming source or incredibly annoying noises. The only way currently to stop hearing these annoying noises they inflict upon everyone else is to block the avatar. It would be better to add a toggle in preferences or a debug setting to not produce noises from objects attached to avatars similar to the settings for particles and attached lights.
